Every Admin & Co. piece is made to order, just for you — printed when you order it, not pulled from a warehouse shelf.

Something wrong? We've got you. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or simply isn't what you ordered, contact us at hi@adminandcompany.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or a refund — your choice, no return shipping, no hassle.

Changed your mind / wrong size? Because each piece is printed to order just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or for a size ordered in error. Please check the size chart on the product page before ordering.

Sale items: Items bought on sale follow the same defect protection above.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once approved. This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights.
