How long will my order take?
Every tee is printed to order, just for you. Production takes 2 to 5 business days, then shipping is typically 3 to 5 business days within the US (about 5 to 10 business days total) and 10 to 20 business days internationally. Full details are on our Shipping Policy page.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. The group chat is everywhere, so we ship to 100+ countries. International orders can take 10 to 20 business days after production, and any customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the person receiving the package.
Can I send a tee straight to someone as a gift?
Absolutely, that is the whole idea. Enter their address at checkout and the tee ships directly to them, in packaging with our name on it and no prices inside. Matching family sets sent to three different countries? Very on brand.
How do the sizes run?

Can I exchange my tee for a different size?
Because every tee is printed to order, we cannot exchange for a different size or a change of mind, so please check the Size Guide before ordering. If anything arrives damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, that is on us: email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you. See our Refund Policy.
I picked the wrong role. Can I change my order?
Email us at hi@adminandcompany.com as fast as you can. If production has not started, we will fix it. Once your tee is printed, we cannot change it.
Who prints and ships my order?
We work with a print-on-demand production partner. When you order, your tee is printed, packed, and shipped under the Admin and Co. name, and the tracking details are emailed to you automatically.
How do I reach a human?
Email hi@adminandcompany.com. A real human (the Group Admin herself) replies within 1 to 2 business days.
